Russia has not seen Belarus’ suit about oil customs duties

Russia has not received Belarus’ suit about oil customs duties yet. The Russian Minister of Energy Sergei Shotko has informed about it today, on April 8. RIA “Novosti” reminds that the Belarusian Ministry of Justice brought a suit against Russia to the CIS Economic Court. The reason for it was the customs duties imposed on oil supplies at the beginning of 2010. Belarus is sure that the creation of the Custom Union made the duties illegal.
