Russia raises oil export duty for Belarus
Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin has signed a resolution, setting the export duty for Russian oil at $495.9 per, an increase from $398.1 per ton effective from August 1, 2008.
Under the deal, Belarus will also have to raise the oil export duty.
