Russian police refutes information about detention of Sheiman
Traffic police of Moscow region refuted information that the inspectors had detained the assistant of the President of Belarus, General-Colonel Viktar Sheiman, on August 15.
As it was reminded by "The Telegraph", the media informed that Sheiman had been detained for overspeed and crossing the oncoming traffic lane. It was also informed that after personal identification Sheiman was released without any fines or charges.
