Sanitation centre forbids to drink water from water-pipes

Water supply has already been suspended for two weeks in Chyhunachnaya Street in Hlybokaye, reports “Vitsebsk People’s News”. Several people got poisoned and had an enteric infection. The sanitary station has tested tap water and has forbidden to drink it. Now milk tankers bring water there twice a day.

Hlybokaye cooperative society, the owner of the water-pipe, has informed that it is inexpedient to use the water-pipe to serve inhabitants of Chyhunachnaya Street anymore. Officials are checking documents to be able to connect the people to the city water-pipe now.
At the moment, inhabitants of Chyhunachnaya Street will have to wait for milk tankers every morning. Nobody knows how long the situation is going to persist.
