Shell is found near “Institute of culture” station in Minsk
A shell has been found near the “Institute of Culture” station in the centre of Minsk. It was underground and was probably discovered during earthwork. It is reported that the shell dates back to the war. According to the “Zvyazda” newspaper, miners and dogs immediately arrived on the spot. The find has been taken to an ordnance yard and destroyed.
