Special telephone lines to start working in Belarus since December 1

Special telephone lines will start working in Belarus since December 1. The calls will be received 24/7. It will be possible to inform about the cases of family violence via these lines, especially it concerns violence against the underage. The police claim it is not connected with statistics of such crimes, the aim is to prevent the problem. 

Psychologists will answer these hotline calls and forward them to correspondent agencies depending on seriousness of problems. 

The hotline's headquarters will be located in the detention center for the underage, reports Belteleradiocompany.
