Steering committee to protect activists of “Malady Front” to meet in Minsk

A meeting of the Committee protecting activists of “Malady Front” will take place in Minsk tonight. Human rights defenders, members of the Committee of Protection of the repressed and civil representatives will take part in it. Alyaksandr Milinkevich will preside at the meeting. He informed ERB that the main topic of the discussion would be protection of activists of ‘Malady Front”.

Let us remind you that Ivan Shyla from Salihorsk, Yaraslau Hryshchenya from Baranavishy and Natsa Azarka from Nyasvizh are still being persecuted. Milinkevich says that the problem should be treated seriously.

The previous “light” sentence for the activists of “Malady Front” was pronounced in Minsk when Europe was taking a decision about trade preferences for Belarus.
