Streets in Hrodna washed with soap (photo)
10 teams of street cleaners are daily deployed to the city center in Hrodna to wash the sidewalks along major streets and the central square with liquid soap and shampoo.
The decision was taken by the city administration last year and it has been implemented despite the crisis.
