Strong winds black out 5 districts in Homel region
Strong winds damaged electrical grid wire in five districts of the Homel region, reports Belta. Emergencies Ministry said some 30 settlements were blacked out, but power has been restored in most of them by now. Besides, wind destroyed roofs on houses and farms.
