A student of State Agricultural Academy: they free us from lectures so we would vote early
The newspaper "Nasha Niva" has published the letter of a Belarusian State Agricultural Academy student. The student depicts in his letter that all the students were informed that they must vote early, Thursday being the due date, a week before early voting started.
The students who voted on Tuesday noticed that they were supposed to sign not only for the ballot receipt, but also in a list with surname, faculty, and academic year. These lists go to the Dean's office first, and then straight to the Rector, so that everyone knows whether you voted early or not. Apart from that, the students must inform their prefects about the voting so that they record this in another list.
After that you can go home with any explanations, writes the student. All the students of our academic year were freed from lectures in order to vote early, claims the author of the letter.
