Sweden, Italy and Serbia are rivals of our junior team at 2009 UEFA European Under-21 Championship
The sortition of the final stage of the European championship among junior teams has taken place in Gotteborg, Sweden. Belarus junior team will play in group A alongside with Sweden, Italy and Serbia. Junior teams of England, Spain, Germany and Finland will play in group B. The best two teams of each group will make it to the semi finals of the continental championship.
The final stage of the European championship for football players under 21 will take place in Swedish stadiums from June 15 till June 29, 2009.
Belarus U21 team has managed to become one of the best national teams of the Old World for the second time. Our players also did it in 2004.
