Teachers of Vitsebsk driving schools violate road rules

Vitsebsk driving inspectors came to shocking conclusions having analyzed the results of check-ups conducted during the action “Training car”. It was organized in February. More than 30 violations of road rules by… teachers of driving schools in training cars were registered during  10 days of check-ups!
