Teenage arson terrorists arrested in Navapolack
Three teenagers were detained by police in the city of Navapolack and charged with several arsons that terrorized the city for the whole month.
Within one month, they set ablaze a tractor, an ATM at the building of the local university and four cars, reports our correspondent Vital Zuew.
They would normally commit arson at night hours. The detainees described their actions as hooliganism. They are soon to appear in court on arson charges.
