Agence France-Presse informs about it referring to a source in the republican police. Russian agencies do not have any information about it at the moment, notes Lenta.ru. According to the preliminary information, three or four militants rushed into the building of the Parliament. The territory is blocked by special police troops now. The Chechen President Ramzan Kadyrov has arrived on the spot.
