There is no reason for Kazulin to be amnestied – Navumau
There is no reason for the former presidential candidate Alyaksandr Kazulin to be amnestied, claimed the Mistier of Internal Affaires Uladzimir Navumau at a press conference in Minsk.
He stressed that the Ministry of Internal Affairs had no reason to send an appeal for the amnesty of Alyaksandr Kazulin because any amnesty means that the prisoner has to stick to the regime of the penal institution.
At the same time Navumau noted that Kazulin had four reprimands and he got the last one in December 2007. The head of the Ministry of Internal Affaires also added: “If there are any other suggestions, we will consider them”.
