Towns in Vitsebsk region to have alcohol-free spots
The police in the Vitsebsk region plan to create "alcohol-free territories" in towns where any alcohol, including beer, will be prohibited. In Vitsebsk, the list of proposed locations includes the coastal line of River Zakhodnya Dzvina and Victory Square. Local authorities will determine the alcohol-free zones in smaller towns across the region.
