Traffic paralyzed on Minsk beltway due to accident
A long traffic jam has paralyzed the movement on the Minsk Beltway after a heavy truck and three cars collided, injuring several people.
According to Charter'97, two smaller accidents occurred inside the jam which has stretched for several kilometers.
