Trial of 14: Prosecutor asks for 2 years of suspended sentence
Minsk's Central District Court on Tuesday resumed the hearing of the case associated with the protests of entrepreneurs on January 10, 2008 in Minsk. Mikhail Subach, Pavel Vinahradau and Maxim Dashuk are standing trial for taking part in the unauthorized January 10 action. The state prosecutor said in a statement that defendants' guilt was fully proved by the testimonies of witnesses, case materials and videos. He asked for two years of suspended sentence for each of the defendants.
