The trial of a former head of “Belnaftahim” Alyaksandr Barouski will be public. The Attorney General of Belarus Pyotr Miklashevish informed about it, reports “Interfax”.
At the same time he specified that the hearing of the case would be assigned for the middle of January 2008. Let us remind you that Barouski was detained by KGB on May 29. He is suspected of power abuse and embezzlement.
The detained is being kept in the confinement cell of KGB. His criminal case has been investigated and sent to the Supreme Court.
