Trial of picketers in support of Belarusian classes postponed for uncertain period

Ulazdimir Hilmenovich, Ales and Aksana Astouskis have been informed that their cases have been returned to the police. Let us remind you that they had to stand trial for a picket near the City Executive Committee when the journalist and the professor’s family demanded to open a Belarusian class in Hrodna.

A judge of Lenin District Court Natallya Kozel has said that the police demanded the administrative protocols. By the way, the judge is notorious for her numerous verdicts brought on independent journalists and opposition members.
