Turau police makes ABL member get off a bus heading for Minsk
Turau police (Homel Region) made a member of the Association of the Belarusian Language Mikalai Rumyantsau heading for Minsk from David-Haradok get off his bus. It happened yesterday evening.
Rumyantsau was going to take part in “The European March”. He left his village of Berazhki and reached Turau by bicycle. The police took the activist to the local police office to talk to him. He was asked about the reason for his trip to Minsk.
Policemen promised to detain him “for at least a day” is he approached any railway station or bus terminal.
