A 41-year-old Turkish citizen has been announced a serious swindler, reports BelaPAN. The foreigner introduced himself to rich Minskers as Johnny. He described his wealth and real estate in Turkey, Germany and Spain to his new acquaintances. He also promised to start a gambling industry in Belarus.
