Two Belarusians deprive Tula Region town of telephony
According to “Tula News Service”, two Belarusians aged 26 and 22 have been detained in Yefremovski District of the Region. They stole 26 meters of telephone cable and deprived the town of telephony. A criminal case has been stared against them.
