Two suspects detained over Brest psychiatrist murder
The police have arrested two men suspected of killing a psychiatrist in Brest, Belarus' Office of Prosecutor General told Belta. "Two suspects -- a resident of Brest (born in 1986) and a resident of Kobryn (born in 1988) have been detained. The both are unemployed and have previous convictions", the prosecutor's office said.
It is believed the murder was committed during robbery.
The psychiatrist from the Brest Regional Hospital was found dead on May 7. He was found lying on the floor at his apartment with his head broken. Local medics were shocked by the murder.
