UCP members are fined for swearing at bus stop in Hrodna

The head of Hrodna regional affiliate of the United Civil Party Yury Istomin has been fined for “using bad language” today.
Our reporter Syarhei Apanovich has found out what happened:

"Yury Istomin and a member of the organization Zmitser Bandarchuk were detained yesterday evening near Hrodna bus station after a meeting with Yaraslau Ramanchuk who had come to visit his home city.

UCP members had spent 5 hours in the confinement cell before they received protocols about “swearing at a bus stop near the bus station”.

Kastrychnitski District Court of Hrodna fined Yury Istomin and Zmitser Bandarchuk for five and three base amounts respectively”.

UCP members think that the detention was connected with the celebration of the 90th anniversary of the BPR that will take place in Minsk today.
