Ukrainian smuggling “caravan” is ambushed in Pinsk District
Five Ukrainians in five carts have been detained in Pinsk district. They crossed the border illegally and managed to ride 1.5 km towards the centre of Belarus.
The head of the press service of Pinsk Border Committee Alyaksandr Tsishchanka informed ERB that our frontier guards had found “the caravan” due to an aerial reconnaissance warning.
The smugglers were trying to transport 39 carrier bags with goods, 71 bottles of vodka and 9 diesel oil cans. Pinsk customs is dealing with the issue at the moment.
