UN commissioner for refugees expected in Minsk
The UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) is expected today in Minsk on a two-day visit. Belarus and United Nations are expected to sign an agreement on cooperation and the legal status of the UNHCR's representative office and its staff in Belarus. The office in Minsk will focus on the issues of partnership in protecting and assissting refugees.
