USA demands that official Minsk should release Emmanuel Zeltzer

The United States demands that an American citizen imprisoned in Belarus should be released. The USA is worried about his health condition that is getting worse because Zelzer is not getting the medicine he needs every day. The USA is waiting for the Belarusian government to be humane, to release him and to give account for this case in the shortest possible time.

Let us remind you that Emmanuel Zelzer was detained at a Minsk airport on March 12. He arrived there for a brief meeting. According to some sources, he is suspected of forgery.

Mass media expressed an opinion that the arrest of the lawyer was connected with the death of a billionaire Badry Patarkatsyshvili who used to be the American’s client.
