Victor Tsoi’s wall to be installed in a park in Belarusian Street
The Tsoi Wall will be installed near the concert hall “Minsk” not far from “Dymana” stadium, informs “Evening Minsk”. It will be built as soon as the weather changes for the better.
Let us remind you that the old wall was situated not far from the Great Patriotic War Museum and the Palace of the Republic. Minsk authorities demolished it in September 2008 and it aroused a lot of protests of the fans of the famous leader of a rock band “Kino”.
A group of enterprising citizens headed by a youth leader Andrei Kim collected Minskers’ signatures in support of the wall and sent them to Minsk City Executive Committee.
