Volha Havartsova makes it to final of US tennis tournament

A Belarusian Volha Havartsova and a Romanian Edina Gallovits have celebrated a sensational success at a tennis tournament in Charleston, USA. The players made it to the final after having defeated the leaders of women’s doubles Cara Black  form Zimbabwe and Liezel Huber from the USA - 6:4, 4:6, 10:7 (tie-break). It is the first time both tennis players have made it to the doubles final at a WTA tournament, reports BelaPAN.

A Belarusian Victoria Azaranka and a Russian Alena Vesnina lost to a Slovenian Katarina Srebatnik and a Japanese Ai Sugiyame in the other semi-final match.
