Web-site charter97.org resumes its work in full scope on December 26

As it was informed earlier, the editor-in-chief Natallia Radzina and the volunteers were detained at the web-site's office in the morning on December 20. Later Radzina was considered a suspect in the mass disturbance criminal case, started upon the events in Minsk on December 19. Now she is in the KGB prison. The volunteers got different terms of administrative detention.
After Radzina and the volunteers had been detained, the quantity of news decreased to 1-3 articles per day. It is unknown who works on the web-site now.

The web-site was created in September 1998.
