Will “Palats” go to Eurovision in any case?

Aleh Hamenka confessed to ERB that the whole rhythm-section of the concert staff of Ruslan Alyahno were from “Palats”. So “Palats” members have the highest chance of going to “Eurovision”. The leader of the band Aleh Hamenka told ERB that they had reached their main goal:

“Our main goal was to appear on BT and find out if they were able to invite us. Everything is okay at the moment, we are moving forward. So I hope that we will perform at the preliminary shooting on December 21 and I hope we will do it well”.

Moreover, according to the only participant of the Eurovision selection tour singing in Belarusian, musicians from “Palats” have the highest chance of going to Belgrade next year:

“I could also mention “Dali”, I think it is a cool and serious band. It can also be Alyahno Ruslan and everyone knows that his whole rhythm-group at concerts in Belarus is composed of half of musicians from “Palats”.

So it does not really matter who wins – Alyahno or “Palats”. In any case, “Palats” will go there (laughs). Maybe I did not pay enough attention to the others but I think there must be something interesting”.

The executive producer of “Eurofest” Anastasiya Tsihanovich reminded that three finalists would be chosen on December 21:

“TV viewers will be able to help one participant get to the final. Everything concerning the final and its winner who will present our country at Eurovision will depend on the jury members”.

Besides “Palats”, Vіctar Pshanіchny, Alena Valoshyna, Hanna Sharkunova, bands Dali and Litesound, Ruslan Alyahno, PinCode, The Champions, "Po glazam", Yulіya Huseva, Aksana Kavaleuskaya, Katryn, Gunesh and the project "Skandal" got to the semi-final.

Only one of the 15 participants sings in Belarusian. It is “Palats”. Three participants sing in Russian and the rest – in English.
