Women’s party may be liquidated in Belarus
The Supreme Court of Belarus will start considering the appeal for liquidation of the Belarusian women’s party “Nadzeya” today. The press-secretary of the court Anastasiya Tsymanovich informed about it.
The liquidation appeal was sent by the Belarusian Ministry of Justice. It referred to the fact that “Nadzeya” had violated laws many times and did not have a legal address”.
The “Women” are accused of not having created an affiliate in Minsk along with a necessary number of regional affiliates.
At the same time the Ministry of Justice is discontented with the fact that party participated in the conference of creation of the Union of the Left that took place abroad.
