Yarmoshyna: If fake exit-polls appear, we'll publish ours
The Central Election Commission does not recommend publishing or informing to mass media the exit-polls results during the main voting day on December 19, although the law does not prohibit this, said the CEC Chairperson Lidzia Yarmoshyna. However, in case mass media start publishing the results of the exit-polls which have been conducted illegally by the organizations which have no corresponding license, then the CEC will allow publishing the exit-polls results of "licensed companies".
Yarmoshyna: “Everything depends on the behaviour of some our political structures. In case organisations which have nothing to do with conducting exit-polls start publishing fake exit-polls results during the day, we will be forced to provide other information. In order to avoid prevailence of the illegal, negative innformation of the kind”.
According to her, 3 organizations are authorised to conduct exit-polls at this election: Siarhej Musinenka's "EcooM"-center, the Committee of Youth Organizations and "TNS-Ukraine".
