Youth activist Maxim Dashuk released under house arrest
Maxim Dashuk, 17 was on Tuesday evening released after having written a pledge not to leave the country, writes Nasha Niva newspaper.
The activist said he was not informed when his case could be transferred to court. Maxim Dashuk was arrested on February 23 on charges of violating his punishment procedures.
Dashuk was a member of the Case of 14. Last year, he was sentenced to one and a half years of restricted freedom. Now he is facing up to three years in jail.
