Youth activists detained in Navapolatsk

Four activists associated with the Popular Front's youth wing were yesterday detained in Navapolatsk allegedly on suspicion of stealing mobile phone from a local shop.
"The young people were taken to the local police department and held for three hours. The police also confiscated the leaflets, calling for a boycott of the election", Yuras Patsyomkin, the head of the United Pro-Democracy Forces' press office told reporters.

Aliaksei Trubkin, Mikhas Novikau and Vika Shtukar (underage) were released during the night.
