Zeltser departs to US without having seen president's pardon edict
US citizen Emmanuel Zeltser, amnestied by Lukashenka's decree in the morning of July 1, departed from a Minsk airport to the United States, his lawyer Dzmitry Harachka told the European Radio for Belarus.

According to the lawyer, Emmanuel Zeltser did not see with his own eyes the Belarusian president's decree on his pardon. Exactly the same was in the case of former political prisoners Alexander Kozulin and Andrei Klimov.
Dzmitry Harachka admitted that he was not uware about American's current health condition, but was sure that back home in the US Zeltser's health would require a serious repair.
